Dale has been minister for a few years at Waterford. The was the full time minister after the previous minister retired and moved out of state. Dale has a wife and 3 daughters. When his daughters reached the teenage years, he requested the congregation to allow him to cut back on his responsibilities so he may devote more time to his family. That is when we added Ron Cook and Eric Wallers as pulpit ministers.

Dale's scheduled to preach on the first Sunday of every month.
